SALES ENGINEER of Industrial Pump's product

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As our customer base and marketing efforts expand, we require an enthusiastic and talented Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts and contribute towards sales and development strategies. PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa has accrued an industry leading reputation for the excellence of our products, solutions, and our ability to understand and meet the specific needs of our customers. This role will be key in supporting that reputation by expanding market awareness of our products and expertise, managing projects and relationships with customers, and bringing critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes.

ROLE DUTIES

·       Meeting with customers to assist in technical aspects of business development;

·       Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;

·       Researching options and requesting quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products;

·       Maintaining records  of  customer  communication  and  sales  activity  and  established  internal communication systems;

·       Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;

·       Developing  long-term   relationships   with   clients   through   managing   and   interpreting   their requirements;

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills, Bahasa Indonesia and English

·       Bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering or equivalent; Balikpapan domicile

·       Experience (1+ years) as industrial pump’s product and a proven success in a Technical Sales Role

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office inc PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc

·       Be familiar with tender regulations for the industries: Oil & Gas and Mining
